Completed Sales Engagements

Since 2021, our team of 19 has handled 1046 completed jobs for 950 clients across London. Below is a selection of ten engagements that show how an outsourced sales department is set up, run and adjusted over time. Each entry lists what was built, how it worked in practice, and what changed along the way.

How These Projects Are Selected

We picked cases that cover the range of work we do: outbound calling desks, inbound qualification, CRM cleanup tied to a sales process, and account management handovers. Names of client businesses are not published; descriptions focus on the scope of work, the setup used and the measurable adjustments made during the contract.

What Changes Between Engagements

No two sales desks are staffed the same way. Team size ranges from two callers to a six-person unit with a team lead. Some contracts run three months to cover a product launch, others continue past their first year — 96 of our clients have returned for a second contract once the first scope was finished.
