These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of services by Bifefo and apply to any client who engages our services through this website or by direct arrangement. By instructing Bifefo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Bifefo provides sales department outsourcing services to businesses seeking to build, manage or scale their sales operations without maintaining an in-house team. We act as a service provider under a contract for services, not as an employment agency or recruitment consultancy.
You can reach us at:
Services are requested through an enquiry submitted via this website, email, or telephone. Following your enquiry, we will discuss your requirements and issue a written proposal or service agreement setting out the scope of work, deliverables, timescales and fees.
An order is only considered confirmed once both parties have accepted the proposal in writing (including by email) and, where applicable, any required deposit has been received. Until such confirmation, no binding contract exists between you and Bifefo.
Prices for our sales outsourcing services are quoted individually based on the scope agreed with each client, as no two engagements are identical. All fees will be clearly stated in the proposal or service agreement before work begins, together with the payment schedule (for example, monthly retainer, milestone-based, or upfront payment).
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement by providing written notice, in accordance with the notice period specified in the applicable proposal or agreement. Fees for work already performed, or for the notice period itself where the agreement requires payment through that period, remain payable.
If you are a consumer entering into a contract at a distance, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, unless you have expressly requested that services begin during that period, in which case you may be liable to pay for services provided up to the point of cancellation.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and to work with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.
Subject to the above, Bifefo's total liability arising out of or in connection with any service agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or loss of anticipated sales, arising from the provision of our services.
Bifefo processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Details of how we handle personal data are set out in our separate Privacy Policy. If you have concerns about how your data is processed, you may contact us directly or raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's independent supervisory authority for data protection.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The version published on this website at the time of your order will apply to that engagement.
